ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) — A New South america lady and her partner closed up an 8-year-old lady with developing problems in a wood made crate, then left her alone while they advancing out to look at a film, cops said Wednesday.

Cindy Patriarchias and Edmond Gonzales took her three children to an primary university Saturday to look at the film, a cops review said. Patriarchias' alienated spouse called cops when he arrive at the university and found that the 8-year-old lady was unwatched at the rv.

Police patiently waited for an hour for Patriarchias and Gonzales to come back before they could get into. Authorities found a large home made wood made crate in the area of a bed room with the lady within. The crate had two latches on the entrance, a baby crib's bed mattress within and was about 2 1/2 legs wide and 4 ft. high, cops said in a declaration.

The lady didn't appear to have any physical accidents, cops said. She was placed under the care of New Mexico's child-protection organization.

A cops spokesperson said Patriarchias had been trying to look at the lady but hadn't been able to arrive at the female's delivery mom to get her approval. The lady is affected with microcephaly — a condition that gives people an unusually small head.

Patriarchias, 33, has been billed with negligently resulting in kid misuse. Gonzales, 37, was billed with negligently allowing kid misuse. Judge public information indicated that they showed up problem Thursday but didn't get into pleas.

Patriarchias and Gonzales were being organised $25,000 cash-only ties. It was uncertain if they had employed lawyers.
