Hulk Hogan sues backbone surgery treatment medical center for $50 million

Wrestler Hulk Hogan has registered a judge action against the Tampa-based Laser device Backbone Institution, saying the medical center did needless operations that broken his profession.

The Polk Bay Times reviews that Hogan registered the judge action Thursday. He registered under his real name, which is Terry Bollea. It looks for loss of $50 thousand.

In inclusion to declaring needless operations, the judge action also says the Laser device Backbone Institution used an approval from Hogan without authorization or transaction.

The Laser device Backbone Institution did not come back a call for opinion.

Earlier this 30 days, TMZ revealed Hulk was refiling a $100 thousand judge action against the web page Gawker, which published a part of his sex record online. The former truth show first charged the rumors site back in Oct 2011, but ignored the fit in a government judge, only to later refile in a California state judge. He is also allegedly currently suing Linda Clem, the lady he seems to be with in the sex record. 

The termination was necessary to negotiate his statements against both Clem and the web page.
