Cheesecake Manufacturer Cafe Shrimp Rice Covers “Worst” List
With the new year comes the need–for many–to cut returning on their diet program and discover a way to tone up to prepare for summer. Perhaps that is why it’s also the perfect here we are at the Center for Science in the Public Interest to launch their record of the top foods to avoid, calorie-wise.
While they may be extremely delicious, these nine recipes are definitely not the way you want to go if you are watching what you eat. And if you are a fan of The Cheesecake Manufacturer, you might want to imagine you never read this; the cafe leads the record with the top two unhealthy recipes on the Xtreme Eating record.
1. The Cheesecake Manufacturer, Cafe Shrimp Pasta: 3,120 nutrient consumption, 89 grms of fats and 1,090 mg of sodium
2. The Cheesecake Manufacturer, Crunchy Poultry Costoletta: 2,610 nutrient consumption and 4½ days’ value of soaked fat
3. Ashton Rockets, Bread Cheddar Double Hamburger, yams chips and Big Apple shake: 3,500 nutrient consumption, 88 grms of fats — that is four days’ value — 3,720 mg of sodium and 15 tsp of sugar
4. IHOP, Country Deep fried Meal and Eggs: 1,760 nutrient consumption, 23 grms of fats, 3,720 mg of sodium and 11 tsp of sugar
5. Maggiano’s Little Tuscany, Veal Porterhouse: 2,710 nutrient consumption, 45 grms of fats and 3,700 mg of sodium
6. Maggiano’s Little Tuscany, Chocolate Zuccotto Cake: 1,820 nutrient consumption, 62 grms of fats and 26 tsp of sugar
7. Tremble Master, Peanut Power Plus Grapes smoothie: 1,460 nutrient consumption and 22 tsp of glucose (40 ounces)
8. Chili’s, full holder of baby returning bones with Shiner Bock BBQ marinade, homestyle fried nutmeg apples: 2,330 nutrient consumption, 45 grms of fats and 6,490 mg of salt
9. Uno Chi town Barbeque barbecue, Deep Dish Rice and Three Cheese: 1,980 nutrient consumption, 71 grms fats, 3,110 mg of sodium
The record started because of the CSPI’s desire to have every cafe reveal their dietary information for customers. And in a world of ever-increasing waistlines, CSPI says that is especially important. What they discover most amazing is that so many cafes keep such great nutrient, great fat content on their food selection in some time when being health-conscious is so popular.
