Talk about a star constellated real estate deal. Months after putting his Malibu beach home on the market, Brad Pitt has sold the home to none other than Ellen DeGeneres.
Ellen picked up the pad for $12 million, allowing to People. That's somewhat less than the $13.75 million Brad initially sought for the place.
The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom pad faces Point Mugu State Park on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other, and features prominent ocean views all around.
The gated home also has beach approach to a private cove, three fireplaces and a tennis court.
Ellen and wife Portia de Rossi recently leant their Beverly Hills compound for $49 million.
